Motorsport Ireland is the governing body for Motorsport in the Republic of Ireland. You can download the MI Yearbook, official bulletins, and competition licence application forms from their website.

The Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association is the governing body for Motorsport in the UK (including Norhern Ireland).

The FIA (Federation Internationale de l'Automobile) is the world governing body for Motorsport.

The ANICC is the MSA regional association of Motor Clubs for Northern Ireland. It co-ordinates activities among the Northern Ireland clubs, and promotes Northern Ireland championships.

The IVVCC is a Motorsport Ireland affiliated club, and co-ordinates Vintage and Veteran type events on behalf of local Vintage and Veteran clubs. It runs the annual Gordon Bennett vintage rally.

The Tarmac Rally Organisers Association promotes the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship, and it's membership consists of the organising clubs promoting the individual rounds. The 8 rounds of the Tarmac Championship are: Galway International, Circuit of Ireland, Rally of the Lakes, Jim Clarke Intermational, Donegal International, Manx, Ulster, and the Cork '20'.

Organisers of the West Coast Championship; participating motor clubs are Birr, Clare, Galway, Kerry, and Limerick.
